1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AI Exam Prep Engine (the “App”, operated by K I A Global Technology Solutions LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the App on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you are registering a child under 13, your confirmation of their registration (see our Privacy Policy) also constitutes your agreement to these terms on their behalf.
2. Accounts and schools
Your account is associated with one school (tenant) at a time, based on the join code you registered with. You may not access another school’s content, students, or data, and school administrators may only manage their own school’s accounts.
3. Credits and purchases
- The App uses a credit system (1 credit = $1 of value) to unlock exam access, tutor sessions, and courses. Credits are purchased in fixed packs via the App Store, Google Play, or the website.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value outside the App. They may be spent on eligible content within the platform.
- Gifting. You may transfer a limited amount of credits to another user as a gift, subject to per-transfer and daily limits designed to prevent misuse of this feature as a way to move money. This is a courtesy feature, not a payment or transfer service.
- Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple’s or Google’s own refund policies. Purchases made on the website are processed by us directly and are reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis — contact support@remedials.webschools.net to request one.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account.
- Attempt to cheat on exams or assessments, including using unauthorized assistance during a proctored/timed exam simulation.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
- Attempt to abuse the referral or gifting systems for financial gain outside their intended purpose.
- Attempt to access another school’s data, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App’s normal operation.
5. Content
Course content, exam questions, and platform materials are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold. Content you submit (assignments, forum posts, questions to the AI tutor) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the App (for example, showing your forum post to other students, or your assignment to your instructor).
6. AI-generated content
The AI tutor and adaptive practice features use AI to generate explanations, practice questions, and feedback. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete and should not be treated as a substitute for your course materials, teachers, or official examination board guidance.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or issues with third-party services we depend on (Apple, Google, Firebase, Paystack) may cause temporary disruption.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including confirmed exam-integrity violations or abuse of the referral/gifting/payout systems. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@remedials.webschools.net.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
